Points transfer and points reservation

In the section "Compensation plan" / "Point history" and on the tabs of the account, the following operations are available on the functional command bar:

  • Add point operation
  • Transfer points to the next period
  • Transfer points to another account


Add Point operation

Using the form "Add  point operation", the program administrator can add / reduce points to the account manually. The form is opened by clicking on the button "Add point operation". To start you need to select an account if you were on the Point history page previously .


Comments on the form:

  • Add / Reduce - select the operation to be performed.
  • Points - specify the number of points.
  • Select volume to change - select the marketing property, that you want to change from the drop-down list.
  • Period - specify the name of the period.
  • Date of operation - select the date, that will be displayed in the transaction history for this operation.
  • Comment - specify a comment for the transfer points (if necessary).

After filling in the form, click the "Submit" button. Points will be added or removed from your account.



Transfer points to the next period

Using the "Transfer points to the next period" form, the program administrator can transfer points for the next period manually. The form is opened by clicking on the button "Transfer points to the next period" on the functional panel.
Transfer points for an account is possible, only from the current period to the next, within the limits of one marketing property and one tree.

Comments on the form:

  • Tree - select the tree, in which this marketing property is presented (if given the opportunity).
  • Select volume to change - select the marketing property, that you want to change from the drop-down list.
  • Period - indicates the period name.
  • Points - specify the number of points.
  • Date of operation - select the date, that will be displayed in the transaction history for this operation.
  • Comment - leave a comment for the transfer points (if necessary).

After filling in the form, click the "Submit" button. Points will be added or removed from your account.


Transfer points to another account

Using the "Transfer points to another account" form, the program administrator can transfer points from one account to another manually. The form is opened by clicking on the button "Transfer points to another account" in the functional panel.

Comments on the form:

  • Sender - enter from the keyboard or select (by the button "Select account") the sender of points (account from which the points will be written off). By default, the field specifies the account of the distributor, in which account the form was opened.
  • Tree - select the tree, in which this marketing property is presented.
  • Select volume to change - select the marketing property, that you want to change from the drop-down list.
  • Period - indicates the period name.
  • Points - specify the number of points.
  • Recipient - enter from the keyboard or select (by the button "Select account") the recipient of points.
  • Comment - leave a comment for the transfer points (if necessary).

After filling in the form, click the "Submit" button. Points will be transferred to the specified account.
